Refund and Returns
- We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund/reprint.
- For issues related to print quality or manufacturing errors, you don't need to return the product. Instead, you can report the issue to wittythreads.org@gmail.com which would then direct the Printing company within 30 days of delivery by providing a clear photo showing the problem. This photo evidence will be used to determine if a reprint or refund is applicable. Returns will not be accepted as they are made to customer order.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Defective Products
- If a product is defective or there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund. Please report the issue within 14 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the defect. There is no need to return the damaged product.
Non-Defective Returns
- As our products are print-on-demand and unique, returns or exchanges are not supported for non-defective items, such as wrong size or color, or change of mind. Therefore, please be sure to check size and color before placing an order.
